Week of December 16

It's Olympic week, it's going to be a fun one. Monday: 6th grade in the cafe/fitness room                 7th/8th grade: Classroom.  7th: Bone assessment Tuesday: Guest teacher.  6th in cafe/fitness room. 7th/8th: cafe/fitness room Wednesday: Guest teacher.  6th in gym.  7th/8th gym for volleyball. Thursday: Olympics Friday.  M&M day.

Week of October 14

Hello Cougars, Plans for the week. We will start the soccer unit with the 6th graders and continue the unit with 7th and 8th graders.  We encourage and include those students who might need to practice their soccer skills. The first official mile time will be on Wednesday.  The muscle stretching assessment will be on Thursday for my 'B' group and Friday for all other classes.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.  Please don't show up unprepared. Here's to a great week.!

Week of October 6

Hello Cougars, We are switching units this week.  Thank you for a wonderful rugby and football session.  Many of you improved your skills in just a short time. We will begin soccer on Tuesday.  Our stretching assessment will be some time during the week of October 13.  Please let me know if you need anything to help you be successful on your stretching assessment.

Hello Cougars, We will continue with rugby unit this week.  Please work on your passing.  Also, keep reviewing the list of muscles posted in google classroom; we will also be going over the muscles in class. Week of September 16

Hello Cougars, Happy Monday.  Get ready for some fun this week. 6th graders will continue to play capture the flag. Please give it your all, but remember to play by the rules and have good sportsmanship. 7th and 8th graders.  Rugby, rugby, rugby!!! We play the flag (tag) version of the sport.
